Our 30-day policy
While our 30-day refund policy is to allow students to learn with risk free. And do remember we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.
Additional reasons for denied refunds
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, not limited to the following:
- Learner attended significant learning content (OnLIVE, OnStage, OnTheGo)
- Learner has no attendance within the refund window.
- Learner has claimed significant amount of certificates.
- Learner subscribed at a discounted price.
These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Refunds window policy:
If a transaction is not eligible for a cash refund, ReSkills reserves the right to extend the refund window period. This extension allows users more time to explore and utilize the platform’s features and content fully. By providing this additional time, we aim to ensure that users can make informed decisions and maximize their learning experience on ReSkills.
