To earn a certificate, follow these steps:
- Register or login to your ReSkills account.
- Subscribe to a ReSkills.
- Attend at least 75 minutes of a course.
- Complete the rate and review.
- For OnLive, pass the assessment with a 50% passing rate (2 attempts).
Certificates are issued within 48 hours after completing all requirements and can be viewed in your learning profile.
If you attended a class but didn’t receive your certificate, it could be due to the following reasons:

Insufficient Attendance Time:
– You must attend at least 75 minutes of the session. If you leave early or join late, this requirement may not be fulfilled. -
Incomplete Rate and Review:
– Completing the rate and review is mandatory for all learning types. -
Failed Assessment (OnLive Only):
– You must pass the assessment with at least 50% (within 2 attempts). -
Network or Technical Issues:
– If you faced connectivity problems or accidentally left the session, your attendance may not have been recorded correctly. -
System Processing:
– Certificates are issued within 48 hours. If you recently completed the session, please allow some time for processing. -
Unregistered or Expired Subscription:
– Ensure your account is active and your subscription is valid. - Join via Direct Zoom Link:
– If you joined the session using a direct Zoom link instead of the official ReSkills platform, your attendance may not have been recorded. Always join via the ReSkills platform to ensure proper tracking.

We offer two subscription options:
- 1-year subscription for $12, granting access to unlimited learning sessions and micro-certificates.
- 2-year subscription for $24, which includes everything in the 1-year plan plus access to the Learning Point Reward System.

Yes, you can request to change your email or full name by contacting ReSkills Support.

✅ Name Change: You can update your name ONCE directly under your profile settings. If you need further changes due to a spelling error, you can contact us for help, completely different names cannot be changed.
