1. Go To Your Profile
To edit your profile, log in to your account, move your cursor to your initials or profile image at the top right of the page, and click “My Profile” in the drop-down menu.
2. Edit Your First Name & Last Name
Click on the “Edit”, fill in your new [First Name] & [Last Name] and click “Save”.
IMPORTANT: You are allowed to amend your first and last name ONLY ONCE in your learning profile. These names will appear on your ReSkills certificates, so please ensure they are accurate before registering for any courses or events on our platform.
3. Check your next certificate
Now, you can see the latest name in your certificate.
If your name remains unchanged, it may be because you’ve already updated your first and last name more than once.
