1. Introduction #
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the lucky draw session organized by ReSkills during the Learn & Earn Program Official launching Day Session on 1st of August 2024 through Zoom/ReSkills Platform.
2. Eligibility #
2.1. The Lucky Draw is open to all attendees of the Learn & Earn Program Official launching Day Session.
2.2. Employees of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry #
3.1. Attendees are required to check in using the form provided to be entered into the Lucky Draw.
3.2. Only one entry per ReSkills account is allowed. Multiple entries from the same account will be disqualified.
4. The Draw #
4.1. The Lucky Draw will take place using commentpicker.com during the live of the Learn & Earn Program Official Launching Day. 4.2. Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received.
4.3. The draw will be conducted by the Organizer, and the decision will be final and binding in all respects.
5. Prizes #
5.1. The prize(s) for the Lucky Draw will be announced during the Session.
5.2. Prizes will only distributed to all users who have unlocked their ReSkills Learn & Earn Program.
6. Winner Announcement #
6.1. Winners will be announced at the event and must be present to claim their prize.
6.2. If a winner is not present, the Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the lucky draw.
7. Privacy #
7.1. By participating in the Lucky Draw, attendees consent to the use of their personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of conducting the Lucky Draw and any other purposes to which the attendee has consented.
7.2. The Organizer will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8. General #
8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Lucky Draw in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
8.2. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues system or software failures experienced during the event or the Lucky Draw.
8.3. By entering the Lucky Draw, attendees agree to be bound by these Terms.
