HariWang, an earned-wage access platform founded in Malaysia, has signed a Partnership Agreement with ReSkills to empower its users. ReSkills is a subscription-based global online learning platform that offers daily live courses online.
Under the Partnership Agreement, HariWang will provide its users with access to financial literacy and career learning classes through ReSkills’ CSR – Global Reskilling Movement (GRM) initiative. The GRM is a global initiative focused on empowering individuals by equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in an ever-evolving job market. Each beneficiary will receive a one-year ReSkills subscription, allowing them to attend daily ReSkills live classes for 365 days and access its other features.
The two groups met to sign the Partnership Agreement at the ReSkills Hub in Damansara Perdana, Selangor, on 1st November, 2023. The Partnership Agreement was signed by Yen Lee, Head of Activation at ReSkills, and Daniel Teoh, the CEO of HariWang. CD Lee, ReSkills Partnership Manager and Steven Yap, COO of HariWang, witnessed the signing.
This collaboration aims to address users’ long-term financial difficulties. By offering these classes to its users, HariWang is empowering them to make better financial decisions and improve their financial well-being over time. This can help them make more informed financial decisions and enhance their well-being in the long run.
The collaboration represents a positive step forward in the fight against poverty and inequality. It is hoped that other businesses will follow suit and seek ways to partner with organizations working to make a difference in the world.
