These Special Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the automatic upgrade of existing Learn and Earn and Learners Empowerment Program subscribers to the ReSkills Power Boost Program (PBP).
By continuing to use the ReSkills platform after the effective date, participants agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to the main Power Boost Program Terms & Conditions.
1.1 All active Learn and Earn and Learners Empowerment Program subscribers will automatically be upgraded to the Power Boost Program on 9th March 2026.
2.1 Existing LEP 1.0 and LEP 2.0 subscriptions shall remain valid until their existing subscription expiry dates.
2.2 No extension or reduction of the original subscription period will occur as a result of the complimentary upgrade unless users voluntarily opt-in to participate in the Power Boost Program fully by paying USD 26 via ReSkills website.
2.3 After opting-in, the user’s subscription will follow the subscription period of the Power Boost program.
3.1 Upon the automatic complimentary upgrade to the Power Boost Program for existing LEP 2.0 participants, participants will be entitled to:

3.3 Existing LEP 2.0 rewards will be discontinued and removed after the complimentary upgrade:
4.1 Participants who have not accumulated 1,000 points from Learning Rewards may continue earning Learning Rewards during a three (3) month extension period.
4.2 The extension period shall be effective from 9 March 2026 until 9 June 2026.
4.3 Once a participant reaches 1,000 Learning Reward points (max), the reward will automatically be removed just like the LEP referral and mission reward.
4.4 Any incomplete Learning Rewards will be discontinued by the end of the extension period and participants will not be able to continue earning points under Learning Reward.
5.1 Participants who wish to enjoy Fast Start Rewards may opt in by paying a one-time fee of USD 26 to participate fully in the Power Boost Program.
5.2 Upon successful opt-in, Fast Start Rewards will be applied in accordance with the standard Power Boost Program Terms & Conditions.
6.1 Until 28 June 2026, existing LEP participants are eligible to submit withdrawal requests on Withdrawal Day upon meeting the following requirements within the same month of withdrawal:-
(i) a minimum balance of five hundred (500) points, and
(ii) attendance of at least five (5) OnLive sessions with certificate of attendance.
6.2 Withdrawal requests shall remain subject to verification, processing timelines, and withdrawal rules as determined by ReSkills.
7.1 These Special Terms apply only to Learn and Earn and Learners Empowerment Program subscribers and shall not override the main Power Boost Program Terms & Conditions unless expressly stated.
7.2 ReSkills reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate these Special Terms at its sole discretion.
7.3 Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
