This Standard Terms, ReSkills Policies and Privacy Policies available at ReSkills EdTech Sdn. Bhd. collectively referred to as “Standard Terms”, shall govern the contest(s) organized by ReSkills EdTech Sdn. Bhd. at the relevant platforms (“Contest(S)”) and shall be in addition to the terms set out in THE Basic Terms (Basic Terms and Standard Terms shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as “Terms and Conditions”).

In the event of any inconsistency between the Standard Terms and the Basic Terms, the Basic Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

Official Terms and Conditions for ReSkills 12.12 Special Winner Claim Form.

Eligibility: Only winners are allowed to fill in your details, otherwise you will be disqualified.

1. The Contest is open to users of ReSkills platform (“participant(s)”, “user(s)” or “you”), and must be a real person. Participants for our Contest on social media must have a genuine ReSkills account.

2. You are only entitled to one Prize or one winning for a Contest, unless otherwise stated.

3. Contest prize winners are to respond to the google form as below within 7 days (1 week) from the day of the event.

4. Contest prize winners will be notified on the details confirmation on the next day after the event day and will receive your prizes not more than 14 days from the day of the announcement.

5. Redemption period is from 13 December 2021 – 26 December 2021.

6. Failure to redeem within the aforementioned period will result in disqualification in claims and payment will not be made to the said account as provided in the form.

In the case of any dispute, ReSkills EdTech Sdn. Bhd. reserves the rights to make the final decision which should be binding and conclusive.
