You can follow the steps below to sign up for a ReSkills account:

 

1. Visit our sign up page.
2. Enter your information in the sign up form, and click “REQUEST OTP”. 

 

1. An OTP (one-time-password) will be sent to your registered phone number.
2. Enter your OTP in the registration form, and click “REGISTER NOW”.

1. After registration, we will send a welcome email to you.
2. Click the red “Activate My Account” button in your welcome email to verify your email address.

You can verify your account in 2 steps:

 

1. Phone verification 
2. Email verification 

 

Phone verification:

• A one-time-password (OTP) will be sent to your phone number when you register for an account.
• Enter your OTP in the registration form to verify your number.

 

Email verification:

• After you’ve successfully registered for an account, a welcome email will be sent to your registered email address.
• Click on the red “Activate My Account” button in your welcome email to verify your address.

I didn’t receive an OTP

I didn’t receive a welcome email

All usernames registered in our system cannot be changed. 

However, you can edit your first and last names in your profile. These are the names that will be reflected in your ReSkills certificates, so kindly ensure that they’re accurate before registering for any classes or events on our platform.

For security reasons, all ReSkills learners are unable to change their email address by themselves.

If you wish to change your registered email address, kindly send us an email at support@reskills.com with the following information:

You can change the name on your certificates by following the steps below:

1. Click on the arrow beside the avatar at the top right corner of your web page.
2. Click “My Profile”.

1. Click “Edit Profile”.

 

1. Enter your first and last names in the “CHANGE DETAILS” section.
2. Click “SAVE CHANGES”.

Your first and last names will now be reflected in your future certificates.

 

You can reset your ReSkills password by following the steps below:

 

1. Go to our login page.
2. Click “Forgot Password?”.

1. Enter your username or email address, and check the reCAPTCHA box. 
2. Click “RESET PASSWORD”.

1. A password reset email will be sent to you.
2. Click on the password reset link in your email. 

1. Enter your new password, and click “RESET PASSWORD”.

You can now log into your ReSkills account with your new password.

You can reset your ReSkills password by following the steps below:

 

1. Log into your ReSkills account.
2. Click on the arrow beside the avatar at the top right corner of your web page.
3. Click “Account Settings”.

1. Enter your current and new password in the “CHANGE PASSWORD” section.
2. Click “SAVE CHANGES”.

You can now log into your ReSkills account with your new password.

You can update your profile picture by following the steps below:

 

1. Log into your ReSkills account.
2. Click on the arrow beside the avatar at the top right corner of your web page.
3. Click “My Profile”.

1. Click “Edit Profile”.

1. Click “Change Picture”.

1. Upload your picture from your device.
2. Click “UPLOAD IMAGE”.

Your ReSkills profile picture is now updated.

You can keep your account secure with the methods below:

 

• Create a strong password by including a combination of letters, numbers and symbols. Avoid using common phrases like ReSkills, your username or your full name.
• Do not give your account or personal details to anyone. 
• If you’re using a public or shared computer, always log out of your ReSkills account after use.
• If you suspect any fraudulent or suspicious activity in your account, report it to ReSkills via email right away.

2. Scroll to the “OnLIVE Classes” section in your home page.

2. Click the purple “Register Now” button in the class page.

Mobile app:

 

You can register for an OnLive Class on your mobile app by following the steps below:

 

1. Log into your ReSkills account.
2. Scroll to the “Today’s OnLIVE” section, and click “See All”.
