“Inner Mastery for Outer Impact”
INTRODUCTION

At times, we seem to be so busy trying to juggle the different aspects of our career; reports, meetings, sales targets, managing subordinates and customer complaints. On top of all that, we are challenged with pandemics, economic crisis, change of lifestyle and working habits. These aspects will present us with deeper underlying problems and issues to deal with and that makes us feel overwhelmed and out of control. Positive and negative stress is a constant influence on all of our lives. The trick is not to delete stress, but to manage it.
This Inner Mastery program will give participants models for better understanding of the main concepts, as well as a toolbox of personal skills – including using routines, relaxation techniques, method of prioritizing, and words to use for an improved health and wellbeing which will greatly affect their quality of life at work as well as away from work.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
At the end of the program, participants will be able to:
- Rewire their mindsets to achieved their desired results.
- Identify their M Factor.
- Gain clarity on one of their most precious resource and cultivate new habits to maximize it.
- Have a better perspective on procrastination.
- Have a better understanding of stress and better manage it.
CONTENT
MODULE 1: REFRAMING
There seems to be no shortage of ways we get sick – but there may be just as many ways we can get ourselves well. A lot of them start with our minds and beliefs. And if it seems as though happier people are generally healthier, there’s a reason for that: they are. There are powerful links between mind and body – ones we can all put to use. With this knowledge, you can have a new outlook towards your job and career, resulting in a more positive attitude.

MODULE 2: IT STARTS WITH ME
Maintaining personal motivation is something essential as an important member of a company, particularly in the case where you are responsible for the motivation of others. As a team leader or manager, you will be looked to for reassurance and guidance in a job, and if you give the impression that you are merely going through the motions, your lack of motivation can become contagious. Any way we can improve on our level of personal motivation is valuable.

MODULE 3: PUT FIRST THINGS FIRST
Time management is about more than just managing our time; it is about managing ourselves, in relation to time. It is about setting priorities and taking charge. It means changing habits or activities that cause us to waste time. It means being willing to experiment with different methods and ideas to enable you to find the best way to make maximum use of time.

Participants will be able to:
- Realize the importance of focusing on their priorities.
- Know the value of time over other tangibles.
- Learn about what they need to be a good time manager and provide them with tips to improve their time management skills.
- Differentiate between what tasks are urgent, and what are important.
MODULE 4: HEALTHY UNDERSTANDING

In addition, these aspects will sometimes present us with deeper underlying problems and issues to deal with and that makes us feel overwhelmed and out of control. Participants will be able to:
- Have a better appreciation of stress.
- Use the Triple-A model when facing stressful situations.Know when to use each method and when is it not appropriate to use it.
- Develop a mental state that captures all the elements of their sanctuary.
- Experience 40 minutes of soothing stretches guided by a certified instructor.
MODULE 5: ACTION PLAN
What is all worthwhile? In this module, we will assess certain knowledge and understanding gained throughout the program. Also, they will review and recap what they have learned throughout this program and identify ways to apply them in their professional and personal lives.

METHODOLOGY
Theories and models will be simplified (so that it does not seem too technical), and further enriched with activities to engage them mentally and physically. It is also understood that learning programs provide an opportunity for participants to destress and boost their motivation for them to bring back into their workplace.
To evaluate their knowledge and how they can apply what they have learned into their workplace after the program, we will conduct a post-test, review and recap, and fill in a Personal Tracker. This will address Kirkpatrick Level 2. This Personal Tracker can be used by peers, learning and development managers, or consultants 6 months to 1 year after the program to address Kirkpatrick Level 3.
Additionally, participants will document their learning points and noteworthy thoughts in a workbook after every module. The workbook also contains useful explanations, tips, and methods. Other methods employed include:
