# Learn & Earn Program point withdrawal

1. Click on the profile on the dashboard and click “Learn and Earn”

2. Click "Claim rewards" and select the reward you wish to redeem

3. Fill up the form by providing all the details and documents. Then, click submit.

4. Reward claim will be processed within **21 working days** of the withdrawal request, subject to verification of completed activities. After the payment is initiated, if there are no issues with the bank transaction, the payment should be received within **7 working days.***Note:*
*1. Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Malaysia’s public holidays.
