These ReSkills Voucher terms (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and use of ReSkills Vouchers. As used in these Terms, “ReSkills Voucher” means a one time-use, unredeemed ReSkills voucher card (including electronic codes) with a fixed monetary value.

ReSkills Voucher Redemption

ReSkills Vouchers are only redeemable for the ReSkills Platform service. To redeem a ReSkills Voucher, go to www.reskills.com/redeem and enter the card’s code. You must register for a new ReSkills subscription or have an existing and valid ReSkills account  to redeem a ReSkills voucher.

The entire value of a ReSkills Voucher will be applied to your ReSkills account upon redemption.

 

Refunds and cancellation of prepaid subscriptions

ReSkills Vouchers are not refundable and may not be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent.

 

No Fees or Expiration

ReSkills Vouchers do not expire and are not subject to any additional fees.

 

Additional Restrictions

ReSkills Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, and cannot be reloaded, resold, or transferred for value. Any ReSkills Voucher that has been resold, transferred or fraudulently obtained may be invalidated and voided at ReSkills EdTech’s sole discretion. ReSkills Vouchers may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities without ReSkills EdTech’s prior written approval. Use of ReSkills EdTech’s name, logo, trade dress or trademarks in connection with the purchase or use of ReSkills Vouchers is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the use of ReSkills Vouchers in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with, ReSkills EdTech is prohibited without ReSkills EdTech’s prior written approval.

 

State of Issuance; Governing Law

ReSkills Vouchers are issued by ReSkills EdTech. You agree that the laws of Malaysia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms. These Terms will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your state of residence.
